La. leaders concerned about dispersant risks
BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) – 3 of Louisiana’s cabinet secretaries are asking oil giant BP about the risks tied to the use of the chemical dispersant that is being sprayed onto the Gulf of Mexico oil spill to thin the oil.
