THE OIL SPILL COULD HAVE BEEN SOLVED ON DAY 2……..IF WE HAD ASKED FOR HELP FROM NATIONS WHO HAD HIGH-TECH IN UNDERWATER OPERATIONS……….FOR EXAMPLE, CHINA, who built the THREE GORGE DAM….could have solved this problem. I know this for a fact.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The crew of a C-130 fixed-wing aircraft from Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater, Fla., surveys the Gulf of Mexico approximately 130 miles west of Clearwater in support of the ongoing Administration response the the Deepwater Horizon/BP oil spill. The C-130 aircrew also dropped two satellite-enabled data marker buoys to track the spill. U.S. Coast Guard video by Petty Officer 3rd Class Nick Ameen.

NASA Aids Nation’s Response to Oil Spill with Aircraft, Satellites 18

NASA has mobilized its remote-sensing assets to help assess the spread and impact of the Deepwater Horizon BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico at the request of US disaster response agencies. The aircraft is monitoring the spills path and spread, while the research aircrafts instruments can reckon its thickness and depth.
