On May 12, 2010, Congressman Doyle castigated BP, Transocean, and Halliburton at a House Energy and Commerce Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee hearing for their failure to prevent or to halt the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico three weeks ago.
