HOPEDALE, La. – A helicopter crew contracted by the Deepwater Horizon Response conducts an overflight of Brush, Chandeleur, and Comfort islands and surrounding marches to asses the response efforts and environmental impact, Aug. 14, 2010. BARATARIA BAY, La. — A Coast Guard MH-65C Dolphin helicopter crew, based at the Houma heliport, conducts a post-storm overflight survey of Barataria Bay and Grand Isle, Aug. 13, 2010.
A tropical depression swept through the area, displacing boom, which will be repositioned by cleanup crews after assessments are complete.
