    remember that gas stations are independently owned, im from south louisiana and have a true distain for BP, however bp is a corporate oil company, generally speaking gas stations are owned by.. small business owners. Those people, if they have wronged should be getting the personal complaints, bp is now being used a scapegoat when it isnt in reference to either business conduct or oil quality. Im sure there are standards that exist when someone opens up BP station, but ultimately the way in which that particular business is run is in no real way affiliated with the BP company, except for the gas which they have available. Blaming BP for everything discredits and gives less of a stance for those true and relevant claims, ie oil spill claims.
