Alex Jones: Obama Forbids Republicans from Visiting Gulf Oil Spill Disaster!!

Posted on July 03, 2010 by bp complaints

By JAKE SHERMAN | 6/30/10 www.politico.com Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.) wanted to fly 10 lawmakers down to the Gulf of Mexico to see the damage caused by BP’s gigantic oil spill first hand. House Democrats said no. Scalise’s trip was rejected for a variety of bureaucratic and logistical reasons, but it has also opened a new vein of partisan squabbling over who should be allowed to arrange a trip to view the impact of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Republicans want to be able to take trips using their office spending allowance. But Democrats have heard from the Department of Homeland Security, which has asked that Congress organize trips through committees of jurisdiction, to avoid having to cater to a ton of individual lawmakers in a disaster zone, Democratic aides say. GOP leaders say they’ve heard nothing of this. The squabbling over who gets to travel to the Gulf on whose dime is the latest sign that congressional oversight of the oil spill oversight from Capitol Hill has been bogged down by partisanship. Congress has held upwards of 20 hearings on the disaster, often duplicative ones each week, as lawmakers struggle to grasp and fully realize the scope of BP’s giant oil spill. Scalise, who has already been to the Gulf on another codel, wants to organize a trip so lawmakers can fully grasp the impact before they vote on oil drilling regulations. And he doesn’t want to do it through a committee, because the members don’t fit neatly into specific panels — they stretch

A.j is a champion voice for the sheeple. Put in place by the Illuminati. He says what you want to hear, then you feel better, sleep better etc. It does not take a genius to figure out all Florida residents are completely fucked.

    God luck!

  2. NoPrivacyANYMORE10 says:

@marleysherb only in the realms of logical positivism or when a term is misapplied and it’s becoming quite exasperating showing you that it hasn’t. If you don’t accept that this was an “aggressive act” then you don’t understand what’s happened; maybe put the weed away for a while; clear yr head; stop making this into the most preposterously trivial linguistic dispute. For ALL intents and purposes the term communicates that crucial element of the event that it wasn’t happenstantial but staged.

  3. marleysherb says:

    @NoPrivacyANYMORE10

It is important to argue semantics .

A false flag has historically been known as an aggressive event.
To call this a false flag is misleading.

I need to get in this business of making money off of fake news; it seems pretty lucrative. BTW…you guys should check out Glenn Beck’s new non-fiction book! I heard there was more truth in that book than in his previous ones.

  5. Hateranuja says:

@doomsoth He is and your not.
Why are you even watching Alex?
    Now go away.

  6. Papwithanhatchet says:

@doomsoth Geez, dude, he’s reiterating an article that exists on the web. Look at the drop-down, you freakin’ twit. It’s the first hyperlink.

  7. Papwithanhatchet says:

  10. JimboVids says:

Obama should be impeached for REFUSING resources to help fix and contain this BP mess. He’s a fuckin’ RETARD.

  11. whiteyvanpeebles says:

@NWOResistanceMusic What a pathetic, predictable, sheep you are, faggot.

  12. concerninged says:

    @shotsxxx My sentiments exactly.

  13. eelzen says:

Mass consumption of oil and oil by-products is the only way MEdia whores can make a living. I doubt this clown could make a living if he have to produce something of actual worth.

  14. shotsxxx says:

“citizens are not allowed to go to the gulf and look at the damage”…. Bull crap.A lot of people are here.I am at the gulf right now.Anyone can come and go as they please.I can walk down to the water line right now and stick my foot in the oil and no one will say anything.ALEX you are completely misinformed.Do you make this stuff up or do you believe anything anyone says.I used to respect you now thats fading away. You have become too full of crap and depend on unreliable sources.

  15. CartoonPoem says:

Go Any WAY! I majority of republicans dont want to go anyway, you see the 100 plus co sponsors of the audit of the fed vote against adding it back to the financial bill.

  18. Quex01 says:

  19. Matsutom says:

From my sources it is 2 million gallons of corexit per day. Loss of oil like Lindsey said around 4 – 6 Million gallons per day. Sealife is disappeared beneath 110 feet. Look up hydrodynamic tectonic fracturing

  20. aPowerLoad says:

    not obamas fault
    will lose election
    palin wins
    tings git worse
    oil changed the worlds climate
    mass extinctions
    2012

  21. NoPrivacyANYMORE10 says:

@marleysherb take a false flag such as the examples you gave; now take the BP oil spill; now break the first down into its component parts; now break the oil spill disaster into its component parts; compare the two; conclude that the match is sufficient enough to describe the latter thus. I wdnt get too hung up on semantics if i were you; it’s a waste of everybody’s time really, isn’t it?

  22. Terra7Q says:

@Terra7Q It would do well to call out representatives on their terrorist-like activities, not limited to ignoring the public, draconian martial law practices , etc.

  23. Terra7Q says:

Alex, is right about Obama being a terrorist. Obama is continuing the oil disaster to incite fear and allow for total control of the energy market, etc.

  24. marleysherb says:

@NoPrivacyANYMORE10 I did watch the video of paul watson that you mentioned. The facts are somewhat clear, but doesn’t explain why they would call this a false flag instead of sabotage.

This is not the same type of “false flag” as claims about 9/11 or gulf of tonkin would have been.

This is not a false flag at all, but to illustrate.. those incidents were blamed on “terrorists” or another country.

This is neither being blamed on anyone specific or a country.

    This could be worse.

  25. KimberleeMelissa says:

This is just mind blowing! All of it. Dare I say worse than Sept. 11?
