How about some PR for all the subsurface marine life that is dying in the giant anoxic zone. What I object to is seeing these photos posted on the gallery of the people who caused this. Spin for the criminals using our wildlife services who have to clean up after them. Everyone is behind the people saving the animals. The problem is the lack of leadership and having to look at spin from BP execs who should all be locked in a bunker at this point.

Here’s more on the impact to subsurface marine life:

"NEW ORLEANS — Marine scientists have discovered a massive new plume of what they believe to be oil deep beneath the Gulf of Mexico, stretching 22 miles from the leaking BP wellhead northeast toward an underwater canyon whose currents feed sealife in the waters off Florida.

The discovery by researchers on the University of South Florida College of Marine Science’s Weatherbird II vessel is the second significant undersea plume reported since the Deepwater Horizon exploded on April 20. The find was announced Thursday."

Fact is almost all of the cleaned birds die… BP sure does want you to see them cleaned up anyway. They just fly off and die in a few days…
