    They will take many years to pay anyone. They are so insured, so many technicalities as to not pay any money.

    BP should be made to pay for anyone to pick up tar balls off of the beaches, lets say $10.00 a ball, those will be coming ashore for years to come, it would spur people to come down and make money on vacation, and help clean up this mess, this will insure that this never happens again.

    thanks. what’s the professor’s name they are speaking about? I’d like to keep track of his research. I think he’s the guy that LA threw out of the discussions re:rebuilding
    the levees w/a local ‘soil’ that would hold and withstand constant water ‘invasiveness’
    …..they ignored him and did what was done originally….imported inferior (EXPENSIVE) soils that will fail again.
