Blame on the failure of a cement oil-well casing built by BP contractor Halliburton/Dick Cheney. Deep-water Horizon 36 hour!!! oil-fire was the beginning of a gigantic oil slick in the Gulf of Mexico. If the fire was extinguished immediately there was probably no oil spill.
