    They ought to let them shrimp where there is no oil yet. Otherwise, I would move over to the Galveston area

    They are. A few areas were reopened to harvesting and then some closed due to oil on shrimp in a boat in Terrebonne parish. I do not envy the people who have to make these decisions at all.
